Understand Pro, Cloud and restoring purchases

Choose features, storage or a bundle, and restore access through the store where you purchased.

Store account and privacy

There is no Revault licence-pairing code, device-name inventory or five-device activation limit. The billing service still verifies purchases and stores pseudonymous installation and purchase associations for restores and refunds. Vault names, file contents, patterns and recovery keys are not part of purchase verification.

Match the plan to what you need

Free allows two vaults and 15 files per vault. Pro unlocks unlimited vaults and files along with its paid features; native-cloud storage still depends on your iCloud or Google account. A paywall appears when you attempt an addition that exceeds a Free limit. Recovery, unlocking and export remain available.

The Pro panel includes recurring options and lifetime Pro. Lifetime Pro is a one-time features purchase and does not include lifetime cloud storage. Pro + Cloud bundles features with an encrypted storage subscription. Separate Cloud subscriptions are offered to lifetime Pro owners, including larger allowances when needed.

Purchase or restore

  1. Open Upgrade to Pro or the relevant storage offer. Select a plan panel, then review the exact product, storage allowance, price and billing period shown by your store.
  2. Complete the App Store or Google Play confirmation. A recurring subscription renews until cancelled in that store. A lifetime purchase does not automatically cancel an older subscription.
  3. On iOS, use Restore purchases with the Apple Account that made the purchase. On Android, use the original Google Play account. Same-store device replacements do not need another lifetime purchase or approval from the old device. A network connection is required to verify a restore. Apple and Google purchases are separate. An iOS purchase does not unlock Pro on Android, and an Android purchase does not unlock Pro on iOS. Purchase Pro separately when changing platforms. Transferring an encrypted vault or connecting cloud sync does not transfer a store entitlement.

Before cancelling or reducing storage

Keep a verified encrypted backup and review your provider choices before changing a Cloud plan. Losing Cloud entitlement does not erase the files already saved on your device or remove lifetime Pro. Do not treat an expired storage subscription as a permanent backup service.

Prices, available products and billing terms come from your store. Do not send payment-card details, vault secrets or a full private receipt through an ordinary support message. Support may ask for a limited purchase reference when investigating a billing issue.
